This course is a structured, step-by-step program designed to teach you the 1 Giant Mind Being Meditation technique and support you in making it part of your everyday life.

Across three consecutive sessions (90 minutes each), Vanessa will personally guide you through the practice. This effortless technique rapidly reduces stress and fatigue, sharpens clarity and focus, and expands self-awareness and connection.

I’m Vanessa, founder of Being the Way, a 1 Giant Mind meditation teacher, surfer, and architectural designer. With nearly a decade of dedicated self-practice and more than five years of teaching experience, I bring together Vedic philosophy, design thinking, and lived experience to create meaningful pathways into meditation and self-awareness.
