What is Meditation

The Technique

The 1 Giant Mind Being Meditation technique is a straightforward and effortless daily practice accessible to everyone, anywhere. Despite its simplicity, this technique holds remarkable potency, awakening the mind's functioning beyond meditation and aiding the body in dissolving prolonged stress and fatigue.

In just three consecutive 90-minute sessions, you'll acquire the tools to become a self-sufficient meditator. This means you won't rely on apps, classes, or devices; instead, you'll have a portable practice with you wherever you go.

Easy to learn and even easier to incorporate into your routine.

β€œNow I meditate twice a day for half an hour. In meditation, I can let go of everything. I’m not Hugh Jackman. I’m not a dad. I’m not a husband. I’m just dipping into that powerful source that creates everything. I take a little bath in it.”

What is Meditation?

Meditation comes in many forms β€” from practices of concentration and focus, to awareness-based methods, to techniques of transcendence and deep inner stillness.

The style I most often teach is a Being Meditation technique (similar to transcendence practices). It’s grounded in the qualities of effortlessness, ease, and letting go. Instead of trying to control the mind, this practice allows it to naturally unwind and settle, revealing a quiet state of pure awareness. From this space, deep rest, clarity, resilience, and creativity naturally emerge.

The Benefits

A daily meditation practice effectively alleviates stress and fatigue, promoting enhanced mental and physical well-being. This includes benefits such as:

  • Reduced stress, anxiety, and fatigue

  • Increased adaptability

  • Greater happiness and well-being

  • Improved self and interpersonal relationships

  • Enhanced sexual relationships through heightened sensitivity and calmness

  • Improved high-speed decision-making

  • Calmness under pressure

  • Reinforced immune system

  • Improved memory, concentration, and focus

  • Enhanced creative intelligence and motivation

  • Normalized blood pressure and cholesterol

  • Improved sleep and relief from insomnia

  • Reduction of addictive behaviours

  • Relief from asthma and allergy symptoms

Through regular practice of this meditation technique, we cultivate good health by preventing issues rather than treating diseases, emphasizing the importance of daily practice for holistic well-being.
