Upcoming Group Meditations.
These group meditations are free for anyone whether you have your own practice or simply want to come along and get a taste of meditation. These group sessions are a beautiful way to not only re-spark your practice if you’ve fallen off the wagon, but also a great opportunity to ask any lingering questions you may have for Vanessa about your practice and connect in with other wonderful meditators all across the Australia and the World.
