3 Day Learn to Meditate Course

Learn meditation with Vanessa Girling in 3 simple sessions. Dissolve and resolve deep levels of stress and fatigue, foster greater clarity, increase energy, enhance self confidence, and awaken to your innate state of creative intelligence.

Session 1 - Wednesday 17th February 8:30-10:00am
Session 2 - Thursday 18th February 8:30-10:00am
Session 3 - Friday 19th February 8:30-10:00am
